We reccomended a well known Family office in Riyadh to one of the largest logistics companies in Germany who were looking at opportunities in Saudi Arabia. This has now turned into a 50/50 joint venture with both using their experiences of their markets and sectors, to set up multiple Smart Logisitcs hubs in Saudi Arabia. We initiated, advised on heads of terms and maintained close contact with both groups to achieve this joint venture potentially worth more than US$1bn.
